Old world diner with nice staff and service. The value for the dollar is not there. A ice tea or coke is $4.00. We paid $27.00 per person to have lunch today. Our total was $22.05 each plus tip and they charge a credit card fee as well. $22 for a patty melt with fries and a diet coke. Not a good value.

Talked about this place all the way up until bed time ! 10/10 ! My husband and I came for lunch and was greeted right away . There’s about 15 tables/booths and 6-7 bar stools to sit at . Once sitting down , I ordered the chicken Gyro with feta and fries and my husband ordered a Philly gyro with fries , 2 drinks, cost was $38. Once biting into the first bite, I couldn’t stop smiling ! The food was so good, flavorful, comes out hot and fresh. I was just blow away how we’ve never came here before . I highly recommend coming here on your lunch break as they are only open for lunch/late lunch hours. If only this place was open on a Saturday Sunday , I’d be there every week .

I love gyros and found this place while looking online for some lunch options. I lived in Clearwater, Fl for many years where there’s a massive Greek population and some of the best Greek food you’ll ever eat, so I have high standards for Gyros and Athenian Grill did not disappoint! The Super Gyro was excellent! This was proper, generous freshly shaved gyro meat, not the cheap thin frozen stuff. Tzatziki had to be homemade as it was some of the better I’ve had. Pita was perfectly toasted, gyro meat was topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, feta, tzatziki and everything held together nicely until the last bite. There actually are good gyros in Cincinnati after all!!! I will be back :)

A decent gyro place. I just got the super gyro and water. Total price was about $12.50 after tax and tips. Gyro meat was decent and the sauce in it paired well.

The location Is a Greek family dinner with standard fair and good food with which they take great care. The Food Quality Is High so the prices are reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. The GYRO was very nice with nice Flat top crisper meat slices that gives you a mix of moist and crisp. So definitely ask for a fork because you will want to sample the ample meat on the GYRO by itself. Mmm so crispy... and definitely spring for a side of Taziki sauce as its definitely house made and Thick creamy and yummy... This is what Taziki dreams are made of... they add some thin slices of tomato and onions... not alot but just for contrast.... If you like alot of onions you'll need to ask for extra as they are thin and sparse... like I said just enough for contrasting flavor... The fries are crisp hot and tasty... exactly what a frie should be. They have coke products and brewed ice tea... this place gets a perfect score on knowing what drinks people like. And yes the coke is in the clear red plastic glasses a choice way to serve it... see pics ... people next to me had insanely good looking double decker sandwich.
